Basic Group Accounts
For groups as small as two users, ProperyShark.com offers discounted rates and training on how to use our services. Discount rates are determined by the size of the group.
When creating a group, the services included and region of coverage apply to all users in the group automatically. However, if one of the users needs extra service(s) or coverage, individual accounts in the group will also receive a discounted rate for the upgrade.
A group administrator is our point of contact for the group, and is the only person with the authority to make changes to services and users. When adding users, we will use the group's discount rate to determine a pro-rated price and update the group immediately.
Domain Group Accounts
With Domain Group subscriptions, everyone registered to PropertyShark.com using the same domain as part of their email will have access to the group subscription. This takes away the need to contact PropertyShark to add new users to the group. New hires can create an account with PropertyShark.com using their email address with the company domain and instantly have access to the services available to the group. The group administrator receives a list of active users each month and can easily disable accounts when people leave the company as well.
Domain Groups are set up on a monthly payment plan. We will generate a Web site usage report, which lists the number of active members using the site for the previous month. The numbers from the usage report determine the discount for the month. So with domain groups, your company only pays for the people who actually use Propertyshark.com.
